    • Magnetic stainless steel: Not all stainless steel is created equal. Look for grades like 18/0 or multi-ply with magnetic cores. 
    • Enamel-coated steel or cast iron: These are often induction-compatible as long as the base is flat and magnetic. 
  4. Avoid These Materials (Unless Labeled Induction-Ready) 
    • Aluminum 
    • Copper 
    • Glass or ceramic
      These can only work if bonded with a magnetic base. 
  5. Consider Base Size and Flatness
    Always match the pan’s base to the size of the burner. A base that’s too small or warped may not be detected. Flat-bottomed pans are best for even heat transfer and proper sensor detection. 
  6. Buy from Reputable Brands
    Leading kitchenware brands often label their products clearly and design them with induction cooking in mind. Investing in quality cookware saves you from compatibility issues in the long run.
