Faulty freezer thermostat
You will realize that the thermostat is defective when the freezer temperature rises to -3-5 degrees (although it should be at least -18) and the compressor will start very rarely. In this case, you will need to replace the freezer compressor starting relay.
The motor compressor is defective
The motor can not start also in case of problems with the primary winding. Unfortunately, repair of such a breakdown is not provided by compressor manufacturers. There is no possibility of its disassembly.
